Obituary of Diane Hamilton

It is with sadness that the family of Diane Douglas Hamilton announces her passing on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at her residence following a period of failing health. Born in Saint John, NB on October 2, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Douglas and Leta (Lunnin) Giggey.

Diane will be lovingly remembered by her children, Christine, Rick (Angela), Andy (Barb) and Adam; sisters, Heather Chetley, Jill; brothers, Stephen (Donna) and Scott (Jane); six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins; several close friends as well as her former husband Brian (Mariette).

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West (634-7425). A private family graveside will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances in Diane’s name can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. www.BrenansFH.com.
