Obituary of Philip Joseph Arsenault

Arsenault, Philip Joseph The death of Philip Joseph Arsenault, husband of the late Rosalind M. (Howard) Arsenault, occurred on December 24, 2004 at the Ridgewood Veteran's Wing. Born in St. Anne, Kent Co., he was the son of the late Maurice J. and Marie Anna (Bourque) Arsenault. He was a veteran of WW II having served with the Army Service Corps. He was a self-employed carpenter for over 45 years. He is survived by his children Roy and his wife Linda of Saint John, Philip of Toronto, his daughters Patricia and her husband Roger Boudreau of Saint John, Tracey Arsenault and her husband Monty Banks of Toronto, granddaughter Crystal, great-grandchildren Zachery and Sydney and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his companion Anna Legere, her son Alvin and his wife Carol and their children Angela and Mark. Being the last surviving member of his immediate family he was predeceased by his sisters Amanda, Louise and Maggie Robichaud and Olive Vautour and his brothers Leander, John, Gerald, Gonzange, Aurele and Cyrus Arsenault. Resting at Brenans Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road (634-7425), with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 29, 2004, at 12 NOON, from Our Lady of the Assumption Church. Interment will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Remembrances made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
