Obituary of Janet E. Coulombe

After a courageous battle with cancer, the death of Janet Ellen (Stewart) Coulombe of Clarendon, wife of Roger Coulombe, occurred on Thursday, September 22, 2005 at the Oromocto Hospital. Born in Minto, NB, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Charlotte (McAllister) Stewart. Besides her husband, Janet is survived by two sons: Bill and Tom both of Clarendon; four brothers: Joe Stewart of Ontario, Roy Stewart of British Columbia, Tim (Arla) Stewart of New Brunswick, Tom Stewart of Welsford; two sisters: Caroline Katelnikoff of Nerepis, Jeannie (Robert) Kennedy of Belleisle; god-daughter, Jennifer and grand-daughter, Victoria, several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by one brother, Bobby. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7425) with visiting on Friday, September 23, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 24, 2005 from St. Augustine's Church, Westfield, NB at 10:00 am. Interment will take place in St. Augustine's Church Cemetery at a later date. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation.
