Obituary of Elizabeth Isabel Murray

The death of Betty Murray of Saint John, NB, occurred on Thursday, June 7, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Welsford, NB a daughter of the late Randolph and Glenna Murray, Betty had been employed with the Protestant Orphanage. Survived by a sister, Verna Cheley of Brown's Flat, NB; a special niece, Bronwyn McIntyre of Rothesay, NB; caregiver, Dorenda Smith and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by four sisters: Hazel Farris, Gladys Campbell, Ruby Murray, Jean McIntyre; two brothers: Harold and Kenneth Murray. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with a Memorial Service on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at 10 am from Bay View Chapel. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Animal Rescue League or a charity of the donor's choice.
