Obituary of Jennie Gertrude McBeath

McBeath, Jennie Gertrude … The death of Jennie Gertrude McBeath, wife of the late Harold McBeath, occurred on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at the Rocmaura Nursing Home, Saint John, NB. Born in Central Greenwich, NB on October 8, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Annie (Morgan) Murphy. Survived by a sister, Anna (Vaughan) Morris of Grand Bay … Westfield, NB; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Harold; a daughter, Hilda (Dallas) Hatfield; three sisters: Rita Donald, Bernice Murphy and Pearl Doucette; and four brothers: Charles, Lawrence, Allan and Gerald Murphy. Jennie often said, "I'll leave this old world with a satisfied mind". Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John(506) 634-7425 with visiting on Friday, one hour before the service. Funeral Service will be held from Bay View Chapel on Friday, February 2, 2008 at 1 pm. Interment will be in St. James Cemetery, Brown's Flat, NB. Remembrances may be made to Rocmaura Foundation or the Church of the Resurrection, Parish of the Nerepis and St. John.
