Obituary of Arthur Leroy King

The death of Arthur Leroy King, husband of the late Patricia Annie Ryan, occurred on December 25, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John he was the son of the late Edward and Claira (Daigle) King. He was employed with the Canadian Coast Guard for 30 years until his retirement in September, 1987. He is survived by his sons, Charles King, Ronald Morehouse, Leo (Jeanne) Morehouse, and George McAuley. His daughters, Donna Bob) Doyle, Kimberly Anne (Tim) Craft, Joy (Florent) Landry, Kay (Harold) Macaulay and Linda (Beatty) Kierstead, his 19 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, NB, (506) 634-7425, with visiting on Saturday and Sunday, December 27 and 28 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held at Bayview Chapel Funeral Home on Monday, December 29 at 10:00am. Interment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or to the charity of the donor's choice.
