Obituary of William Carrie Mills

Passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on April 8, 2009. Beloved husband of Laura (Whelpley) and loving father of Richard and David. He was born in Fredericton, NB on September 14, 1957. Bill is survived by his parents Stanley and Della (Targett) Mills, three sisters, Judi (James), Susan (Roger) and Carolyn (Frank), three brothers, Ronald (Elaine), Gary, and Wayne (Theresa), several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Bill was a long time employee of Ocean Steel, an avid hockey player and golfer and will be greatly missed. Thank you to family, friends, and co-workers who provided comfort and support through visits, calls and kind thoughts. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Bay View Select Community Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John (506) 634-7425. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Brenan's Bay View Chapel, Saint John, on Saturday, April 11, 2009 at 4:00 pm. A private family committal will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to any charity of the donor's choice.
