Obituary of Sharon Lomax

Lomax, Sharon Ann – Surrounded by her family the unexpected death of Sharon Lomax, wife of Bradley Lomax Sr., occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. She was born on October 11, 1955 in Saint John to Betty (Melanson) Petts and the late Bernard Porter. Sharon worked many years at Charlotte Shellfish as a processer. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Besides her husband, Brad; Sharon is survived by a son, Brad Jr. of Pennfield; daughter, Tanya of Little Lepreau; sisters: Margo Babineau (Leon) and Susan Eadle; brother, Bill Porter and several step-brothers, step-sisters, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father; step-mother, Elizabeth Porter and brother, Gary Bourgeois. Resting at Brenan's Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John (634-7425) with visitation on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Brenan's Bay View Chapel on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in Little Lepreau Cemetery.
