Obituary of Edward J. Robichaud
ROBICHAUD-the death of Edward J. Robichaud of 5 Jean St., husband of the late Vera M. (Brewer) Robichaud, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, June 14, 2005. Mr. Robichaud was born in Doucetteville, N.S., a son of the late Frank and Beatrice (Amero) Robichaud, and had resided the greater part of his life in Saint John where he had been employed as a stevedore and carpenter. He was pre-deceased by a son, David; three brothers, Frank, Ralph, and Payson; and a sister, Laura Robichaud. He is survived by a son, Donald (Edna) of Saint John; two daughters, Wanda Robichaud of Saint John, and Linda Newton (Ken) of Scarborough.; two brothers, Ernest of Sudbury, and Arthur of Oshawa; four sisters, Helen Robichaud and Kay Stark, both of Digby, Edna Rice of Hampton, and Emma McKay of Sudbury; several grandchildren, including Clarence Ball; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Friday morning at twelve o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
