Obituary of Lillian Vartazaroff

VARTAZAROFF-the death of Lillian Vartazaroff of 33 Smythe St., widow of Leon Vartazaroff, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, February 1, 2006. She was born in Rumford, Me., a daughter of the late George and Mary Ann (Perry) Perry, and had resided the greater part of her life in New York City where she had been employed as a secretary. She was a member of the 3rd Order of St. Francis and the Legion of Mary in New York and Saint John. She is survived by one sister, Margaret Stevens of Saint John; and several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Saturday morning at 10:30. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
