Obituary of Maureen Quinlan

QUINLAN-the death of Maureen Quinlan, formerly of 193 Westmorland Rd., occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, June 9, 2006. Miss Quinlan was born in Saint John, a daughter of the late George and Irene (Walsh) Quinlan. She was predeceased by two brothers, Andrew and George; and one sister, Marguerite McIllwraith. She is survived by six sisters, Irene Bellefleur of Chatham, Ont., Mary Doyle (John) of Barrie, Ont.; Doreen Springstead (Roy) of Hamilton, Ont., Patricia Mio (Dennis) of Burlington, Ont., Monica Daley of Saint John, and Joan Rocca (Pat) of Burlington; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Tuesday morning at ten o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
