Obituary of Althea R. Lord

LORD-the death of Althea R. Lord, widow of Edwin Lord (1990), occurred at the Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrew's, on Saturday, July 1, 2006. Mrs. Lord was born on Deer Island, a daughter of the late William and Margaret (Ward) Lord. She was pre-deceased by her first husband, Jack Fountain, in 1981. She is survived by two step-sons, Daniel Lord of St. Andrew's, and John Lord of Kentville, N.S.; two step-daughters, Margaret Harriott of St. Andrew's, and Judith Eyraud of Maidstone, Ont; several nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren. Following cremation, a memorial graveside service will be held at Cumming's Cove Cemetery, Deer Island, on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at 1:00 pm.
