Obituary of Edward J. Bourgeois

BOURGEOIS-the death of Edward J. Bourgeois of 88 Taylor Ave., husband of Alma (Burke) Bourgeois, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, November 11, 2006. He was born in Iles de la Madeleine, Quebec, a son of the late Homidas and Christine (Paquet) Bourgeois, and had resided in Saint John since 1942. He had been employed as a C.N.R. trucker and with Murray and Gregory. He was predeceased by a son, Gary Michael Bourgeois. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Edward and Wayne Bourgeois, both of Saint John; one daughter, Edna M. Dean (George) of Saint John; two grandchildren, George and Randy Bourgeois; and five great-grandchildren. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Service will be held at Fitzpatrick's Chapel on Tuesday morning at eleven o'clock.
