Obituary of Harold Eugene Jackson

JACKSON-the death of Harold Eugene Jackson (1914-2007) of Ridgewood Veterans' Wing, formerly of Acamac, husband of the late Yvonne L. (Sonier) Jackson, occurred at his residence on Monday, January 8, 2007. Mr. Jackson was born in Saint John, a son of the late Wilbert H. and Mary M. (Murphy) Jackson. He had been employed as a Collections Officer with D.V.A. until his retirement in 1977. He was predeceased by a brother, Ronald, and a sister, Elsie. He is survived by two sons, Doug (Adora) of Kingston, Ont., and Richard (Jeanette) of Scarborough, Ont.; two daughters, Jeanne Morehouse (Leo), and Mary Jackson, both of Saint John; one sister, Rita McDonald of Saint John; 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. No visitation at the funeral home. Graveside service at St. Joseph's Cemetery on Friday morning at ten o'clock. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
