Obituary of Beatrice Mary DesRoches

DesRoches - The death of Beatrice Mary DesRoches, of Rocmaura Nursing home, formerly of Hawthorne Ave. Ext., occurred at her residence on January 26, 2007, at the age of 101 years. Born in St .Paul, Kent Co. she was a daughter of the late Theotine and Marguerite (LeBlanc) DesRoches. Aunt Bea, never married or had children she was considered by many to be like a mother, she was through out her entire life, a woman of great faith, compassion,generosity, and selflessness. She was a member of the St. Jude Society, and St. Anne de Beaupre Society. Aunt Bea was the last surviving member of her immediate family, she is survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, great great nieces and nephews. It was her request that the staff of Rocmaura Nursing Home be acknowledged for the affection and Kindness they shared with her during her time with them. By request of Aunt Bea, there will be no visiting, a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday January 30, 2007 at St. Pius X Church at 11:00am.Interment will take place in St. Joseph's cemetery.
