Obituary of Kathleen Jessie McDermott

McDERMOTT-the death of Kathleen Jessie McDermott (Feb. 14, 1909-Mar. 28, 2007) of St. John & St. Stephen Nursing Home occurred at her residence on Wednesday, March 28, 2007. Miss McDermott was born in Saint John, a daughter of the late John and Alice (Innis) McDermott. She was a life long resident of Saint John and was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was predeceased by four brothers, William, Stephen, Frederick, and James McDermott; and five sisters, Ethel Wilson, Elizabeth and Beatrice McDermott, Dorothy Payette, and Barbara Bell. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Service will be held at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., on Saturday morning at 10:30. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
