Obituary of Mary Evelyn Hogan

HOGAN-Mary Evelyn Hogan passed away peacefully at Loch Lomond Villa on Wednesday, November 14, 2007. Mary was born in Saint John on October 11, 1922, a daughter of the late Charles and Agnes (Quinn) Hill.She was predeceased by her husband, John J. Hogan; and her sister, Doris McLaughlin-Magee. Cherished mother of Joe (Diane) of Oshawa, Ont., Cathy (Terry Downey) of Halifax, N.S., and Jim (Catherine) of Aurora, Ont. Fondly remembered by her four grandchildren, Joanne of Dubai, UAE, Robert of Toronto, Ont., and Helen and Emily of Kingston, Ont. The family gratefully acknowledges the loving care provided by Doreen Bridges who assisted Mary for many years. Special thanks are extended to the staff and many friends at Loch Lomond Villa. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Church on Monday morning at eleven o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Augustine's Cemetery, Westfield. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice, Loch Lomond Villa Foundation, or any children's charity.
