Obituary of Peter McGillivray

McGILLIVRAY-the death of Peter D. McGillivray of 24 Anthony Crescent, Willowwood Acres, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, July 10, 2003. Mr. McGillivray was born in Saint John, a son of S. Margaret (Cunningham) McGillivray and the late G. Bernard McGillivray. He had been employed as an electrician at the Saint John Dry Dock Co., Fundy Linen, and Modular Homes. He is survived by two step-daughters, Geina Henry and Lynda Hachey, both of Saint John; two brothers, G. Bernard McGillivray Jr. (Joanne) of Saint John, and Richard W. McGillivray (Simonne) of Moncton; two sisters, Carol Ann Clark (Robert), and Barbara E. Cyr (Robert), both of Dartmouth; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., where service will be held on Saturday morning at ten o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Augustine's Cemetery, Westfield. Visiting on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
