Obituary of D. Jean Connolly

CONNOLLY-the death of D. Jean Connolly occurred at the Turnbull Nursing Home on Friday, November 28, 2008. Miss Connolly was born in Saint John, a daughter of the late Charles Patrick and Genevieve (Sheehan) Connolly. She had been employed as a laboratory technician with Dr. W. O. McDonald and later with Dr. Joseph MacDougall in Associate Anesthesiologists. She was a livelong member of St. John the Baptist Parish. She was predeceased by three brothers, Arthur, Charles, and Edward Connolly; and three sisters, Mary Barrett, Harriett Lovett, and Eileen Connell. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Church on Monday afternoon at two o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association for the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
