Obituary of Tine Upham

UPHAM-the death of Tine Upham, widow of H. Stuart Upham, occurred at Rocmaura Nursing Home on Tuesday, February 10, 2009. Mrs. Upham was born in Vrouwenparcchie, Netherlands, a daughter of the late Eeuwe and Kinke (Bierma) Kooi, and had resided in Canada since 1947. She was predeceased by two brothers, Hessel and Dirk Kooi. She is survived by one son, Harold of Winnipeg; three daughters, Rinske Salmon (Peter) of Saint John, Jane Upham of Toronto, and Wendy Druet (Paul) of Charlottetown; one sister, Rinske Kooi of the Netherlands; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
