Lawlor, Bette (nee Coughlan)-in Ottawa, Sunday, May 3, 2009. Bette Lawlor age 81. Beloved wife of the late Gregory Lawlor. Dear mother of Janet, Joanne (David Riopelle) and John Lawlor (Theresa). Loving grandmother of John (Pam), Mark (Shannon) and Nicholas Fry (Lisa), Matthew and Michael Riopelle. Great-grandmother of Jack, Isaac, and Aidan Fry. Dear sister of Don Coughlan (Carol). Fondly remembered by her godchildren Michael Ward and Barbara Pattman, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her cherished daughter Judy (Chris Fry) and by four siblings. Friends may pay respects at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street, Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Friday to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception for Mass of Christian Burial at 12:05 pm. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer society would be appreciated by the family.
