Obituary of Rose M. Grant

The death of Rose M. Grant of 12 Phillips Ct., wife of Frederick J. Drew, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, March 22, 2004. Rose was born in Newcastle, a daughter of the late Henry M. and Zelia M. (Savoie) Arsenault, and had resided the greater part of her life in Saint John. She was predeceased by a brother, Ronnie Arsenault, and a sister, Sandra Flynn. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Sheldon Grant (Donna), and Robert Grant (Carol), both of Saint John; one daughter, Tina Edison (Jeff) of Saint John; three brothers, Edmund Arsenault, Kevin Aresnault (Emma), and Bruce Arsenault, all of Saint John; three sisters, Jeanine Barriault (Clarence) of Saint John, Patsy Kane (Ralph) of Willow Grove, and Lucy Smith (John) of Surrey, BC; a special lifelong friend, Joan Challoner of Saint John; 11 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., where services will be held on Thursday morning at eleven o'clock. Following cremation, interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Visiting on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
