Obituary of William Ronald Stirling

<p>STIRLING,William Ronald "Bill"- It is with sadness the family announce the passing of Bill Stirling of Saint John at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, December 31, 2010 at the age of 56. Born in Saint John on September 17, 1954, he was the son of the late Ronald and Marie<br />(Ouellette) Stirling.</p> <p>Billy is survived by one sister, Donna M. Perry<br />(Robert) of Quispamsis; one niece, Melissa Wright (Desmond) of Fredericton; two nephews, Sean Perry (Melissa) of Winnipeg, and Adam Perry of Quispamsis; and one grandnephew, Abram Wright of Fredericton. <br />Billy will always be remembered for his friendliness and love of sports, especially baseball.</p> <p>Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home,&nbsp; 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Church on Wednesday morning at eleven o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. For those who wish, donations made to the John Howard Society; Romero House-Soup Kitchen; or the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family. <br /><br /><br /></p>
