Obituary of Reta Amelia London

<p>LONDON, Reta Amelia- The death of Reta Amelia "Millie" London occurred at the Carleton Kirk Lodge on Saturday October 1, 2011. Born in Saint John, Millie was a daughter of the late Hartley J. and Gertrude (McCann-Osborne) London.</p> <p>She lived in the North End of the city for many years, where she was a member of St. Peter's Church. She was employed by the Civic Hydro for 37 years. She was predeceased by four brothers, Jackie, Beverley, James, and Melvin London; two half-brothers, Christopher and Walter Osborne; and two half-sisters, Rose McEachern and Gertrude Osborne.</p> <p>She is survived by one sister, Mary Gleva, of Guelph, Ont.; and many nieces and nephews in Ontario, and Saint John. Her many friends will miss her.</p> <p>Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Tuesday afternoon at 12:05.
