Obituary of David J. Barrie

The death of David J. Barrie of 45 Jack St. occurred unexpectedly in Montreal on Saturday, May 22, 2004. Mr. Barrie was born in Saint John, a son of David Barrie of Scotland and Kathleen Ann (Miller) Barrie of Saint John. He was pre-deceased by his grandmother, Kathleen Ann Miller in 1996. Besides his parents he is survived by two uncles, James Miller (Susan) and William Miller (Jane), both of Saint John; one aunt, Mary Beth Jorgensen (Stephen) of Saint John; and several cousins. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Thursday from 7 to 9 and on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Baptist Church on Saturday morning at ten o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
