Obituary of Gerald O. Levesque

The death of Gerald O. Levesque of 264 King St. East, husband of Sheila C. (LeClair) Levesque, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, June 14, 2004. Mr. Levesque was born in Grand Falls, N.B., a son of the late Albert and Jeanne (Pelletier) Levesque, and had resided the greater part of his life in Saint John. He was pre-deceased by a brother, Noel Levesque. Besides his wife he is survived by one daughter, Mary Snow (Jeff); four sons, Michael (Christine), Mark (Andrea), Patrick (Tina), and Matthew; six sisters, Dot, Claudette, Shirley, Jane, Susan, and Grace; eight brothers, Camille, Raymond, Verne, Steve, Phillip, Scovil, Lloyd, and Wes; eight grandchildren, Samantha, Katie, Danielle, Allison, Megan, Benjamin, Shawna, and Mitchell; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Church on Thursday morning at eleven o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
