Obituary of Daniel Christopher Collrin

<p>The unexpected death of Daniel Christopher Collrin, of Garnett Settlement, NB occurred Sunday, July 15, 2012 at his residence. Born on December 24, 1954, in Hamilton, ON, he was a son of the late Walter and Patricia (May) Collrin.</p> <p>Danny was employed for many years at the Cherry Brook Zoo before working at Spruce Grove Building Cleaners. He was an avid Nascar fan and enjoyed driving his ATV&rsquo;s. Danny was known for his great sense of humour. He loved his family and adored his grandchildren.</p> <p>Survived by his partner, Mary Cyr; his son, Cory Collrin (Brigitte Basque) of Golden Grove, NB; daughter, Krista Collrin (Raymond O&rsquo;Brien) of Willow Grove, NB, and their mother, Betty Collrin; sister, Elizabeth Crowe (James) of Black River, NB; brothers, Leonard (Linda) of Saint John and Robert of Saint John; grandchildren, Brittany and Bailee Basque, Tristan Eastwood, Kody Collrin, Dawson and Karlee Chatwin, as well as several nieces and nephews.</p> <p>Resting at <strong>Fitzpatrick&rsquo;s Funeral Home</strong>, 100 Waterloo Street, Saint John (634-1965) with visiting on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 11:15am from Fitzpatrick&rsquo;s Funeral Home Chapel. Remembrances may be made to the Cherry Brook Zoo or to the Loch Lomond Headstart Association, would be appreciated by the family.</p>
