Obituary of Robert Ivan Soucy

<p>The death of Robert Ivan Soucy of JoAnn&rsquo;s Special Care Home, Saint John, NB, occurred on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Grand Falls, NB, on March 28, 1937, he was a son of the late Samuel and Marguerite (Le Bel) Soucy.</p> <p>He was employed with Bill&rsquo;s Taxi in Saint John for many years.</p> <p>Robert is survived by two sons, Roland and Ivan; and his sister, Marie Blanchette.</p> <p>Besides his parents, Robert is predeceased by his brothers, Leonard and Laurier Soucy.</p> <p>Robert will be sadly missed by all who knew him, especially his good friend, David Barthelot. Special Thanks to JoAnn, Julie, Janet, and Don Dingwell for their caring ways.</p> <p>Resting at <strong>Fitzpatrick&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street</strong>, Saint John, (634-1965) with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Service will take place from Fitzpatrick&rsquo;s Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 10:00 AM. Interment to take place at St. Joseph&rsquo;s Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated.</p>
