Obituary of Francis L. Little

The death of Francis L. Little of 9 Goodrich St., husband of the late Dorothy (Berry) Little, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday, August 8, 2004. Mr. Little was born in Saint John, a son of the late Harold and Marie (Delucry) Little. He had been employed as an equipment operator with Lantic Sugar Refineries for 32 years. He had been a longtime member of R.A.O.B. Lodge 46. He was predeceased by a daughter, Sharon Fisher; a brother, Joseph; and a sister, Marjorie. He is survived by two sons, Francis Jr. (Cheryl Spinney), and Richard (Dona), both of Saint John; two daughters, Marjorie Yeomans and Theresa Davidson, both of Ontario; three brothers, Harold (Dot) of Nova Scotia, James (Mabel) and John T., both of Saint John; four sisters, Eleanor T. Horgan, Colleen (Thomas) Mantle, Christine Black, and Elizabeth Ann (James) Bowes, all of Saint John; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Wednesday morning at twelve o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Donations to the Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated.
