Obituary of Thelma Olsen

Olsen Thelma Jean … The death of Jean Olsen occurred peacefully at her residence on Friday February 7, 2014. She was born in Saint John and was a daughter of the late Frederick and Viola Wilson. Jean was a member of the Buffalo Club where she enjoyed playing darts. She had a great love of music and was active with the Calvary Temple Church. Jean is survived by two daughters; Francine Ellis (Mike) and Sherry Lynn Olsen as well as four grandchildren; Scott, David, Shawn and Sheldon and a nephew, John Cormier. She was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. Resting at Fitzpatrick’s Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street, Saint John, (634-1965) with visiting on Monday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. The memorial service will be held on Tuesday February 11, 2014 at 11:00am in Fitzpatrick’s Funeral Home Chapel and interment to take place at a later date.
