Winnie spent her early years working before getting married and starting a family whom she was so proud of. She enjoyed bingo, knitting, crocheting, spending time at the lake and was a past Brownie Leader (Tawnyowl). She loved to dance at the Pythian Castle where she met her loving husband, Charlie. Winnie cherished her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandson and took pride in looking after her own mother for years. She also enjoyed talking and telling stories of the past.

Winnie leaves behind her son, Chuck; daughter, Colleen (Morris); grandchildren, Joselynn, Matthew, Samantha, Shannon (Jeff), Michelle; great-grandchildren, Marcus, Kurtis, Jenelle, Jaden, Liam, Anna; great-great-grandson, Kamren; daughter-in-law, Lydia; as well as several nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Winnie’s niece, Patsy for spending valuable time with her and to her neighbour, Louise, for always keeping an eye on her. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Charles; two sons, Barry and Murray; brothers and sisters; as well as her daughter-in-law, Mary Lou.
