Obituary of Christopher Arthur George Touchakis

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher Arthur George Touchakis, after a brief illness on November 23, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was the son of the late George and Dorothy (Carr) Touchakis. Chris is survived by his sister, Anna Cawley; brothers, William "Billy" Touchakis and Alex Touchakis; daughters, Emily (Marc) Arsenault and Laurie (Mark) Colwell; 4 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; as well as his cats, Coco and Chanel. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by his daughter, Christina and nephew, Michael. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 2:00 - 8:00 PM. A Celebration of Chris’s Life will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow the interment service. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Saint John SPCA Animal Rescue or a charity of the donor’s choice. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the entire MICU staff at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
