Obituary of Muriel Hazel Andrews

The family of Muriel Hazel Andrews (Brewster) announces her passing, which occurred in her 92nd year at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, May 8, 2017. Muriel is survived by her children, Janis Andrews, Lynn Donaldson (Alan) and Leonard Andrews (Sonya); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Edna (Anderson) Brewster; son, Ernest Andrews and siblings, Jean Trites, Edna Wilbur, Fred Brewster and George Brewster. Muriel had a fabulous sense of humour and a warm and loving soul. She will fondly be remembered for playing the harmonica for those she loved. Although there will be no funeral service, Muriel’s family will be receiving guests on Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
