Obituary of Ronald Patrick Naves

It is with heavy hearts the family of Ronald "Rocket Ron" Patrick Naves announce his unexpected passing on Saturday, May 13, 2017. Born in Saint John on February 28, 1965 he was a son of the late Kenneth and Betty (McLeod) Naves. Ron was a jack of all trades. He was always looking for a good deal and was always the first to offer help to his friends and family. He was kind hearted and would take the shirt off his own back to support anyone in need. Ron will be greatly missed by his loving companion of 18 years Cindy Brown; sons: Ronald Naves, David Naves, Brandon Doucette and Shane Basque; daughters: Samantha Brown (Peter Haley), Odessa Wilkinson (Kyle Kenney) and Samantha Naves; unborn grandchild: Ryder Ronald Patrick Haley; and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Memorial Service will be held from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 10:00 AM. For those who wish, remembrances in memory of Rocket Ron may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
