Obituary of Harry Thomas Boyles

The death of Harry Thomas Boyles, husband of Norma (Staples) Boyles, occurred on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital after a short period of illness. Besides his wife, Harry is survived by: son, Peter Boyles (Dan Rosborough) of Ottawa, daughter, Patti (Bill) MacMackin of Quispamsis, his two grandsons, Chris & Nick MacMackin, his brother, Bev (Lola) Boyles of Saint John, and in-laws, nieces and nephews. Born in Saint John, N.B. on September 2, 1938, Harry graduated from Saint John High in 1956 and UNB Forestry in 1961, spending most of his working career with J.D. Irving Limited in Project Engineering. He was an avid reader and researcher who will be missed for his impressive intelligence, wit, and gamesmanship.
