Obituary of Terri Jean Clark

With heavy hearts, the family of Terri Clark, wife of the late Melvin Clark, announce her passing on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at her residence. Born April 29, 1951 in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Mark and Peggy Taylor. Terri was a family oriented person; she loved spending time with her family. Anyone who knew her knew that she loved to yardsale on Saturdays with her daughter, and have bonfires on Saturday nights with her son. Every other day of the week, Terri would sit in King Square with her sister or granddaughter, whoever would come sit with her. She loved playing cards and going for drives. Terri will be deeply missed by her son, Rick (Rose); daughter, Sheri Northrup (Angus Boyne); grandchildren: Jessica LePointe (Josh), Tommy Taylor (Magan), Katelyn Clark, and Kristen Clark; great-granddaughter, Eleanor LePointe; brothers: Tony (Anne), Rick (Ginette), and Jimmy (Molly); sister, Lynn; sister-in-law, Linda McCarty-Basque (Bert); brother-in-law, William Clark; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by her twin brother, Michael; and her brother, Mark. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 2 pm from Brenan’s Chapel. Remembrances made to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
