Obituary of Myrtle Loretta Munroe

The death of Myrtle Loretta Munroe, wife of the late Marcus A. Munroe, formerly of Turnbull Place, occurred at he Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Bristol, PEI, she was the daughter of the late Basil and Judith (Gallant) LaPierre. She is survived by her niece Christine MacKenzie, special cousin Anna Gray and her family, her dear and faithful friends Gail McCarthy and Ann Murdock, her many friends at Turnbull Place, and several cousins. She was predeceased by her brother Bill LaPierre. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and the pastoral care of both the Carleton Kirk Nursing Home and the Saint John Regional Hospital. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday from 3-7 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at 11:00 am, from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will follow at Fernhill Cemetery.
