Obituary of Jared Allan Joseph Rector

The death of Jared Allan Joseph Rector of 110 Mallette Road, Saint John East, occurred unexpectedly on Sunday, March 26, 2006 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on May 18, 1989, he was the son of Kim and Huguette (Caissie) Rector of Saint John. Jared was a grade 11 student at Saint John High School and was employed part-time with the Airport Irving Mainway. He loved hockey and was a goaltender with the Saint John Minor Hockey Association and enjoyed four wheeling and spending time with his many friends. Besides his parents, he is survived by one sister, Kimberly Jaillet (Pat McNeil) of Hampton, maternal grandfather, Aquila Caissie of Saint John, paternal grandparents, Allan and Pauline Rector of Saint John, several aunts, uncles, cousins, two nephews, Ayden and Avery and many friends. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Church on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at 11:00 AM, followed by cremation. Remembrances to the charity of the donors' choice would be appreciated.
