Obituary of Hugh Weston Pearman

The death of Hugh Pearman of Loch Lomand Road, formerly of Brunswick Drive, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, July 31st, 2006. Born in Saint John on July 29th, 1929 he was a son of late Hugh D. and Alma (Belliveau) Pearman. Hugh worked for various companies including Point Lepreau, Coleson Cove, NB Tel, Irving Oil Refinery, City of Saint John, Dry Dock, and at Brunswick Square. Hugh was a member of the Cathedral Parish. Hugh is survived by his wife, Elise, five sons: Darrell (Janet) of Moncton, Ron, Robert (Lucy), Michael, and Ricky all of Saint John, brother Darrell of Bridgewater, NS; three sisters Bella Pearman Comeau, Eleanor Marino both of Saint John and Marie of Montreal; four grandchildren Ronald, Christina, Troy and Jodie; five great-grand children and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents Hugh was predeceased by one brother Ronald. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visiting on Tuesday from 7-9 pm and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Waterloo Street, Saint John, on Thursday August 3rd, 2006 at 12 noon. Internment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
