Obituary of Edwrina M. Hansen

The death of Edwrina Muriel (Foote) Hansen of Ellerdale Street, wife of the late Halvor “Harry” Hansen, occurred on Wednesday, September 06, 2006 at her residence. Born in Saint John she was a daughter of the late Percy and Muriel (Llewelyn) Foote. She is survived by her five children: Doug (Noella) of Prince of Wales, NB; Norma Ferguson of Calgary; Allan (Sandra) of Saint John; Ralph (Shirley) of Rothesay; Raymond (Simonne) of Saint John; brothers, Merle Foote of Miramichi City; Charles (Martina) Foote of Saint John; Sheldon (Ruth) Foote of Quispamsis; sister Kathleen (James) Dobbyn of Alberta; twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by brothers, Melvin, Donnie, Doug, Michael, Allison and Nelson, sisters, Esther, Dolly, Janet, Corina, Virginia, Winona. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (634-7424) with visiting on Friday, September 8, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2006 from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
