Obituary of Ruby Constance Forrest

The death of Ruby Forrest, wife of the late Rex Forrest, of Regency Towers, East Saint John, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on December 10, 2006. Ruby was born in Saint John, on December 24, 1936 to the late Bernard and Gladys (Donaldson) Price. She was a member of the R.O.A.B. (Buffalo Club), and enjoyed playing bingo and darts. Ruby is survived by two sisters: Catherine Woodworth of Saint John, NB and Ida Pettis of Central Greenwich, NB one brother: James (Delma) Price of Hamilton, ON, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and one great great niece. Beside her husband and parents, she was predeceased by infant brother Johnny, two brothers in law: William Woodworth and Garfield Pettis and one nephew Randall Woodworth. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visiting on Monday from 7-9 pm and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at 11 am. Interment in Fernhill Cemetery following the service.
