Obituary of Ericka Ann Helene Low

The death of Ericka Ann Helene Low of Saint John, NB occurred on Monday, October 22, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Victoria, BC on May 17, 1977 she was the daughter of Gisela Low (nee Knoepfler) and the late James William Low. Ericka was a graduate of the University of Ottawa having received a Bachelor of Music Performance magna cum laude and later a Masters of Music Performance degree; she was a member of the Saint John String Quartet and Symphony New Brunswick. Ericka’s immediate family included her mother, Gisela; a brother, Georg Knoepfler; maternal grandmother, Helene Knoepfler of Dbad Waldbreitbach, Germany and an uncle Hans Jörg of Dbad Waldbreitbach, Germany. Predeceased by her father, James William Low. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424. At the request of her family there will not be any visiting at the funeral home. A Memorial Service will be held from St. Andrew and St. David’s Church, 164 Germain Street, Saint John on Friday, October 26, 2007 at 11 am.
