Obituary of Douglas Kirk Phillips

Phillips, Jr. Douglas Kirk – The death of Douglas Kirk Phillips Jr. of Carter’s Point, NB occurred on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at his residence. Born in Saint John, NB on January 13, 1986, he was the son of Douglas Kirk Sr. and Bonnie (Hayes) Phillips. Besides his parents he is survived by his twin sister, Jessica (Charles) Smith of Saint John; two nieces, Ashleigh and Carlene; maternal grandparents, Hank and Verla Hayes of Saint John; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Phillips of Carter’s Point; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many special friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Jack Phillips. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 11:30 am. Interment will be in Hardings Point Cemetery.
