Obituary of Michael Joseph Ovide Frigault

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Michael Joseph Ovide Frigault on July 23, 2011 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on February 26, 1961 he is the son of Joseph Ovide and Leota (Hanson) Frigault. Michael loved spending time with his three year old son, Drake who was the apple of his eye and he also loved spending time with his family, especially with his father on Miscou Island. He enjoyed singing and playing his guitar. He is survived by his parents, Joseph Ovide and Leota; his loving son, Drake Hobbs (his mother, Lori Hobbs) and his step-daughter, Kelsey Bowes; three sisters, Beverly Dean (John McGovern) of Fort Saskatchewan, AB; Cathy (Paul) Doucette and Tammy (Jason) Miller both of Saint John; three brothers, Greg (Carol) of Westfield, NB; Stacy (Brenda) of Saint John and Timmy (Kathy) of Quispamsis, NB; several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his fiancé, Patty Bowes and his niece, Kaitlyn Doucette. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Stella Maris Church on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 12:05 pm. Interment in Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
