Obituary of Adena Keene Cosman

Adena Keene Cosman of Saint John, wife of the late Allan L. Cosman, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 31, 2013 at her residence. Born in Fredericton on May 11, 1928, she travelled in the summers with her husband, working with the Bill Lynch Shows. In her spare time, Adena enjoyed playing bingo and gardening. Adena is survived by her sons, George Cosman (Holly) of Saint John, and Stewart Cosman (Joan) of Saint John; grandchildren Jennifer McFadden (Richard), Derek, Mark, Stewart, Andrew, Trevor, and Kerri Cosman; great grandchildren Maria, Isabella, Phil, Claire, Heidi, Lily, and Ella; a sister, Irma Brown of Fredericton; and several nieces and nephews. Adena was predeceased by her husband Allan in 1989. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Sunday, June 2, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Service will be held from Brenan's Chapel on Monday, June 3, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
