Obituary of Stephen Ross Mark Foster

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Stephen Ross Mark Foster husband of Ann (Casey) Foster, which occurred on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on November 7, 1954 he was a son of Harold and the late Stella (Buckley) Foster. Stephen was employed at the Saint John Regional Hospital in the maintenance department. Besides his wife and father he is survived by one son, Anthony; and one daughter, Rebecca Arsenault (Mike) both of Saint John NB; two sisters, Lynda Smith (Gregory) of Bath, ON; Patsy Woodhouse of Lancaster, England; three grandchildren, Logan, Faith and Jacob; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides his mother he was predeceased by two brothers, Frank, Charles "Sonny" and one sister, Frances. By the request of the family there will be no funeral home visitation. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, August 22, 2013 from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers remembrances to Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
