Saunders: Victoria Darlene “Vicky”

Peacefully with her husband and best friend of more than 40 years by her side, Victoria Darlene “Vicky” Saunders passed away on Sunday, August 7^th, 2022, at Bobby’s Hospice, at the age of 62. Born in Saint John, Vicky was the daughter of the late Nelly (nee Rooney) and Albert Cameron.  

Beloved wife of Mark Saunders. Cherished mother of Mark Saunders Jr. (Jodi Reagan) and Sabrina St. Coeur (Mike). Vicky will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Cindy, Stacy, Shay, and great grandchildren Tyson and Ciara.

Besides her parents, Vicky was predeceased by her siblings Freeman, Johnny, Roger, Freddie, Terry, and Mary.

Vicky cared deeply for her family, and her eclectic side shone through her collection of unicorns.

Visitation will be held at Brenan’s Funeral Home (634-7424), 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, on Friday, August 12^th, 2022, from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8 pm; where the Funeral Service will be held on Saturday afternoon at 1pm. Cremation to follow, with interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery at a later date.
