Obituary of James Steeves

Mr. James Edward Steeves (Jim) of Saint John, NB, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, March 25, 2014. Born in London England on July 25, 1951 he was a son of Eileen (Beard) and the late Clarke Steeves. Jim was a member of the ILA Longshoreman’s Assoc. and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #69. Jim is survived by his mother Eileen Steeves; the mother of his children Dale Constance Steeves; three sons, Jeremy (Laura Lynn) of Saint John, Nicholas (Morena) of Oromocto and Matthew (Carly Morrison) of Saint John; his daughter Meaghan Steeves of Saint John, and sister Colleen Alderman of Saint John; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father and brother, Buddy Steeves. As per Jim’s wishes cremation will take place and a Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2014 from Castle “Fallsview” Chapel at 3:00PM with Rev. Andrew Morse officiating.
