Obituary of Yvonne Janes

Yvonne Marie Janes (Arseneau), passed away on Saturday , January 12, 2013 at the Rocmaura Nursing Home.   Born on February 27, 1922.  She was the daughter of the late John Louis and Eleanor Arseneau (LeBreton). Yvonne sold real estate for several years in Saint John in the 1950’s.  She was a member of the St. Rose of Lima C.W.L..  Yvonne is survived by her brother, Joseph Arseneau; nieces, Joan (Brian) Quigg, Kathy (Brian) Healey; nephews, Thomas (Mary) Noel, Francis (Janice) Noel as well as several other nieces and nephews; brother-in-law Leicester (Les) Hodgson.  Besides her parents, Yvonne was predeceased by her first husband, Gerald Perry and second husband, Ronald Janes. Arrangements are entrusted to Castle Funeral Home, “Fallsview Chapel”, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John West, (634-1701).  Vistitation will take place on Tuesday, January 15 , 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m..  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 16 , 2013 at 11a.m. from St. Rose of Lima Church.  Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery . In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rocmaura Foundation or the Alzheimer Society. The family would like to thank all the staff of Rocmaura Trinity Court as well as the nurses and vounteers.
