Obituary of Donna Marie Crossman

The death of Donna (Nolan) Crossman occurred on Wednesday at the Saint John Regional Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Saint John NB on June 16th 1944, Donna was the daughter of the late Arlene and Harold Nolan.

Donna retired from the SJRH where she was a supervisor in the Fast Break Dept for many years. When her sons were younger, Donna was an active sports mom. She made sure her 5 sons got to their games and practices on time and could be found in the stands cheering them on.

Donna Will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons, David (Jocelyn) of Brampton Ontario, Sean (Chelsea), Gary and Terry all of Saint John; her foster Daughters Tracy and Trina; as well as her grandchildren, Matthew (Caitlin) of Oakville Ontario, Emily (Jeff) of Orangeville Ontario, Richard, Caiden, Griffen And Theoren; In addition to her parents, Donna was predeceased by her loving husband Kenny; her beloved son Richard (Dickie); as well as her younger sister Brenda Nolan. She also leaves behind her brothers Roy (Debbie) and Murray (Noella); her sisters Ruth Galloway and Beverly Saunders; half-sisters, Kathy, Barb; half-brother, Harold Jr; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends, Nancy and Sandra.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). At Donna's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. An interment will be held in the New Year. For those who wish, Donations can be made to the Dickie Crossman Memorial Foundation (for PRO Kids) or a charity of the donor's choice.
